The TSA 300 is a 12 In. (300 mm) battery-powered cut-off machine in the STIHL AP System. It’s exceptionally easy to handle thanks to its compact and well-balanced design and is designed for professionals working in construction, hardscaping and pipework – making it an ideal choice for processing materials such as bricks, paving stones, natural stone, concrete, reinforced concrete and rebar. Fitted as standard with a K-ME abrasive cutting wheel, the TSA 300 has cutting performance that is comparable to the TS 410 petrol cut-off machine because of the narrow cutting kerf. This is achieved thanks to the lack of engine vibrations. It increases precision when making cuts, meaning you can achieve accurate results at all times and allows for a maximum cutting depth of 4.3 In. (110 mm). You can also fit the TSA 300 with a D-SB90 diamond cutting wheel. As the TSA 300 is battery-powered, it has low noise emissions during cutting. It is fitted with a powerful EC motor which operates almost wear-free, is quiet and has smooth running and low vibrations – it also ensures the tool operates at optimum performance throughout the entire battery charge. Fitted with a STIHL magnetic filter which passes cooling air through several magnets, protecting the internal components from metal dust and particles. These magnets can be easily removed for fast cleaning, ensuring a long-service life. This tool is fitted with a fast-stop brake that recuperates energy into the battery. After releasing the trigger, the wheel is stationary in less than 4 seconds which loads the energy from the TSA 300 back into the battery, which increases your working time. As the TSA 300 is battery-powered and has zero emissions, it can also be used indoors. Battery and charger sold separately.

This protects the motor and enables a long service life with consistently high performance. The filter can be easily removed, cleaned and reinstalled after work if required.
Magnesium Guard: Lightweight And Stable. The cutting wheel guard ensures that you are not hit by flying cut material or cooling water from the cutting wheel. The cast magnesium guard is very lightweight and robust. Constant Power: Thanks to the soft grip on the control handle, the chainsaw sits comfortably in the hand and can be operated safely. In addition, the users grip is improved by the soft material, which helps when using the chainsaw in wet conditions.
Power Boost: Maximum Performance Increase. Thanks to intelligent electronics, STIHL power tools and batteries communicate with each other. If the device and battery are equipped with the POWER BOOST function, the battery always provides the maximum possible power for the respective application. In order to ensure optimum battery life, the device temporarily adjusts the power if it is used too intensively (battery and charger sold separately).
Semi-Automatic Drive Belt Tensioning: Light, consistent re-tensioning increases the service life of the belts and shaft bearings. Water Connection: For Dust Binding And Cooling. When working with your tool, a permanent water supply is provided for flushing the cutting wheel. It is used to bind dust and cool the cut. With the water connection directly on the tool, this rinsing is easy and permanently assured.
Connectivity (Ready): Compatible With The Smart Connector 2A. You can mount a Smart Connector 2 A in the housing of the power tool at the dedicated position. Once installed, this connects to the control unit and transmits valuable power tool data to your smartphone, tablet or the STIHL connected Box that is within range. You can use the STIHL connected App and the STIHL connected Portal to view the STIHL connected gathered data and benefit from additional functions.
IPX4 Certified: Splashwater Protection. The AP 200 S is IPX4 certified thanks to the encapsulated electronics and sealing of each individual cell. It means that the battery is protected against splashwater from all sides and can be used in rainy conditions.
