Internal bearing provide a smooth rotation of the arms for aligning wheel assemblies to hubs with minimal effort and the offset column allows for an open work space; improving productivity. The 3 swivel casters provide great portability when moving wheel assemblies around and the fore and aft tilt make working on un-level surfaces easy.
